High West Distillery 

Owners, David and Jane Perkins of High West believe strongly that appreciation for good quality whiskey comes from education. That is why they created this unique experience of combining a functioning distillery, restaurant, and museum. Guests are given a guided tour through the distillery and exhibit halls where they not only learn about the process of making whiskey but find out how this spirit has become synonymous to the west.

High West spared no expense on authentic materials of rusted steel, wood, and leather to give the exhibition components it’s rustic feel while still maintaining its rich and sophisticated environment.

A one-of-a-kind “Flavor Wheel” was developed by One By Design to help guests to understand the array of ingredients that can be infused into whiskey to give it it’s distinctive flavor.
